Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be dispatched after placement.

Australian Shipping Options

• Australia Post Standard: 3–5 business days — $11 (free over $180)
• Australia Post Express: 1–2 business days — $15   

Tracking

All items are sent tracked. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once dispatched. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website or via the Auspost App.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address before placing your order. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floor numbers, and company names where applicable. We recommend including a mobile number so we can contact you quickly if there are any issues.

We cannot make changes to orders once placed, as labels are created automatically upon order placement.

Shipping Terms

Ma Chérie Nights is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to parcels once handed to our couriers (Australia Post). If you suspect your parcel is lost, please contact Australia Post directly or email us at info@macherienights.com.

Any issues that arise after dispatch are outside of our control and cannot be compensated for, unless the error was made on our end, in which case we will provide compensation. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately — once dispatched we are unable to change the address.
